Wi-Fi:

Wi-Fi is the ability to connect to your local network (LAN) wirelessly. Still considered to be in its infancy in terms of age, Wi-Fi has had to grow up fast to meet the demand it has created. Even so, OSN can meed those needs. From a small one room installation to multi-floor hotels or civic centers, we know how to get the job done. Many people don't realize that the frequency that is used by Wi-Fi is the same that is used by many cordless phones, CB radios, and even microwave ovens! The 2.4 Ghz spectrum is a free-for-all, unregulated by the FCC frequency. In many cases, if you don't actively work to avoid conflicts, you will have interference that will degrade the signal and even make it difficult - if not impossible - to have a steady connection.
